When will I receive my order?

We are a bit behind! Bear with us, this is a one woman show! I am doing my best to your orders out as soon as I can. Most orders will go out within 5-7 business days. As soon as I catch up, things will go back to normal (3-5 business days).
Also, there have been shipping delays due to COVID-19. You may experience longer shipping times than usual due to increased volume and additional safety measures Canada Post has put in place. Most customers have received their orders within 2 weeks. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks to one month, please send us an email.
Expedited shipping is still an option, however; this has also taken 1-2 days longer than normal. Please note, expedited shipping occurs once the order has been fulfilled. Expedited shipping still requires the standard processing time frame.
Please note, in the case that you may suspect your order got lost and is not arriving, we do have a return mailing address where the order will be shipped back if anything has gone wrong. We cannot offer refunds (no refunds on face masks) or re-ship products until the original order has been received to our return address.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. We use regular mail via Canada Post to help everyone save on shipping costs, so please bear with us!
How big are the ‘mini's’ and ‘skinnies’?
The minis are suitable for thinner hair and half-up hair styles. They are more or less half the size of the regular’s.
The skinnies were made with a little less fabric, but are roughly the same size as the regulars. They are just a tad thinner.
Incorrect shipping address?
If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have not received your fulfillment email, we might still be able to correct it!
If it’s too late, the order will likely be returned to our return address, and we will credit your payment method for your order (minus shipping).
We cannot be responsible for orders where an incorrect shipping address is given.
Wholesale or custom orders? (Think boutiques, hair salons, bachelorettes etc.)

Returns or exchanges?
In the case of defect, all products can be refunded by sending the original product(s) back to us. Once we receive the defected product(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. In order to receive a refund, the product(s) must be in the same condition in which it was shipped.
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds are only available on regular priced items. Sale items not included.

How big are the masks?
Effective: July 10, 2020
Our Adult size mask measures approx. 8 inches long by 3.5 inches wide.
Our Youth size mask measures approx. 7 inches long by 3 inches wide.
All masks are made with 2 pleats.
